Starting from the first call I made this has been a very easy reliable service. Tristan was very informative, attentive, and patient with answering questions and going over information on services and contract. He had great recommendations, and they got a technician out same day. Kalind called ahead of time and he came right on time. He was very courteous, kind, and professional. He treated my home with care and made sure to ask me about core areas. He was very thoroughly with treatment and went above and beyond. So grateful for him and Tristan. I’m so happy I decided to give them a call. Hopefully pest problem with be done with for good. It really makes a huge difference to have this problem being taken care of and was done in a urgent efficient matter to help me focus on other things I need to focus on. Thank you so much. Damion was very professional. He let me know when he arrived and left. I have a small dog and he double checked the gates were closed when he left. This was the first treatment we had done by Alta and I was impressed with the quality and efficiency. He sprayed the garage and there was no lingering chemical smell. He found wasp nests we didn’t know about he removed and treated them. Great job, Damion!

Sean was very professional, polite and thorough during his visit. He willingly came into my house and sprayed the basement area for me when I told him we usually get cricket-spyders this time of the year down there. Very pleased with the entire visit.
