My tech was very pleasant and professional. He addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about the cycle of the different bug presence that are common during this time of year. He even made sure I knew to keep my pets away from the yard u til the treatment settled and was no longer potentially harmful to them. This is by far the best service I have ever used!

The Brody techs came in and were very personable and explained everything very nicely. They took their time to look around and seal things up while setting up monitors and they will be back in a couple weeks to see how things are going. Overall, I am more than happy with their service!

Matt was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. This is our first service visit provided by Brody and second visit overall, including the free assessment. Everyone we’ve worked with so far has been excellent - highly recommend!
