I was very pleased. Today was my 1st treatment and Rick was pleasant, personable, professional, and informative. Took time to explain what the service entailed and when he would return. Discussed billing and the process. I was very happy and he left me comfortably reassured. I am very grateful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
