“Aurora History Museum was founded in 1979 and is a community-based cultural center that showcases changing history. The museum offers exhibitions and activities for all ages with local and national history, arts, and culture. The museum contains over 100 historical images and different artifacts. Aurora History Museum is a restored 1913 Trolley Trailer 610 that used to run along Colfax Avenue. There are also two changing display galleries in the museum. The museum has a comprehensive historical archive of images, documents, and research materials available on request. The historical research library and archive are available by appointment. Programs, tours, workshops, teas, lectures, and family events are offered for all ages.”
