Aurora History Museum was founded in 1979 and is a community-based cultural center with changing history. Museum offers exhibitions and activities for all ages with local and national history, arts, and cultural centers. It contains over 100 historical images, different artifacts, and one-of-a-kind fully restored 1913 Trolley Trailer 610 that used to run along Colfax Ave. There are also two changing display galleries in the museum. It has a comprehensive historical archive of images, documents, and research materials available on request.

Aurora Reservoir covers more than 30,000 acres of open area with more than 800 acres of surface water. It is located in Colorado's second-largest city, Aurora, east of Denver. Tons of activities are available in the reservoir, and everyone is welcome to enjoy the area. The park is open fully the year and supports special occasions such as family reunions, birthday celebrations, or even business outings. With several shelters available that can accommodate 20-300 people, this place is the best match for it. Walk or ride your bike along the 8-mile, concrete, multi-use trail that surrounds the reservoir.
