AURORA HISTORY MUSEUM REVIEWS
Some people on here talked about having a guide, that’s about the only thing that could have made this free little Museum even better. There’s a small variety of items helping to detail the history of Aurora as well as photographs. The life size trolley car is a highlight. I liked reading all the old fashioned advertising. There is also a modest gift shop with some Colorado/Aurora related items. And some cute greeting cards.
Had the best time here. I loved that Dave (a guide) explained his story through the exhibit. He’s even pictured in some of the photos in the exhibit. Extremely informative and will be coming back again. There were zero crowds. It’s also free!!! I’ll be coming back.
I love this museum. The staff is very friendly and the exhibits are interesting if you are a local history nerd like me. There is no charge to enter the museum so it is very affordable for families!

Great place to catch some sun. They have a beach area. You can rent paddle boards or kayaks per hour. Kayaks are $20 an hour. The time flys so keep track of your time on the water. Lots of parking. Definitely highly recommend this location to chill with family or friends. Come check it out to cool off.
I love this lake!! Been coming here since I was a little girl. Water is way cleaner than other lakes I know... it gets full but fun ambient.

AURORA MOVIE TAVERN REVIEWS
This is our go-to movie theater. We love being able to order food and drinks ahead of time and having it delivered to our recliner seats. The popcorn bucket is a great deal. We wish the bar service was a bit faster as we tend to skip the long line and just get a soda instead (kind of a bummer) but we still enjoy catching a movie here.
Wow! Everyone in our party enjoyed the food here. It's so much better than most dinner theater food. The location isnt super fancy or ultra modern, but the wait staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Definitely a great spot if you like food delivered to your seat.
It was smaller than most theatres, giving it a comfy vibe. Food could be ordered and delivered to your seat. The bartender was great. Staff was helpful with questions. Multiple movies to choose from. Price was way better than the larger theatres. Will definitely come visit here again!
