Where to begin! We signed on with Birch & Honey in November of 2021 for our September 2022 wedding. We chose the Month of Coordination package - our venue required it, but we are so glad for that as we could not have done our big day without it! Kelsey was fantastic to work with from the start - fast & helpful communication, reasonable pricing, and more. We were first assigned a planner on her team who sadly moved away from the Denver area this year, so they paired us with an AMAZING lead planner, Laura. It was a perfectly smooth transition. Laura and I had monthly calls to touch base on planning progress. She offered resources, advice, helped with organizing, and much much more. I miss our monthly calls! Madison was another B&H planner that was assigned to us for the day of the wedding. Between Laura & Madison, they truly did everything on the day of our wedding to ensure everything was 1000% perfect. One of my favorite moments was after we were married and walked back down the aisle, there were the Birch & Honey gals standing there to greet us with congratulations & our first drinks! We are so grateful to have worked with such a professional, fun and just all around fantastic group for our wedding planning needs. Wish we could do it all again!!!

Meghan and her team are the best! We hired her for partial wedding planning. For myself, I'm a decent planner, but I wanted someone that would really take charge the week leading up to, and the day of, the wedding, and that's just what she did. She knew our venue backwards and forwards and it was a joy to watch her just do her thing at our wedding. It was seamless and we had compliment after compliment about every detail of our wedding. Also, Meghan has collected an impressive amount of stuff that you won't have to buy for your wedding! I would highly recommend renting from her because she has everything you could possibly need- signage, boxes/baskets, tables, lanterns, candle holders- you won't regret it! Finally, Meghan is hilarious and kind and she kept me calm which is no small feat. =) Thank you Meghan and MAG Events!!!
MAG Events, Meghan and her assistant were awesome to work with for our wedding this summer! We were looking for a day of coordinator mainly for setup/break down and keep everyone on task, however, the month-of coordination package was SO helpful. Meghan was calm and resourceful when I called her freaking out that the caterer's linen company wanted $1000+ for delivery/pickup for table cloths! Fortunately her attention to detail also noticed that napkins had been removed from our catering package and she handled that as well. Everything from touching base with all of our vendors, putting together a timeline, getting everything setup exactly how I envisioned, and putting flowers and little dog figurines on our cake -- our wedding day so enjoyable and stress free! Thank you SO much Meghan, we couldn't have done it without you!!
Meghan is the absolute best! We got the month-of planning and our only regret is not having her help with all of our wedding. She was so helpful with everything, her decor package is totally worth it, and I can’t describe how amazing she was on the day of. She seemed to anticipate every need and was such a huge part of making our day so special.

I seriously do not even know where to start... Natasha is AMAZING! 100% amazing. My wedding was this past Saturday, and Natasha OWNED it. My wedding wasn’t simple, or small, or chaos free - and she took care of everything under the sun! Even my guests were commenting on how amazing she was! If something needed to be done, she was on it. She went way ABOVE & BEYOND her duties - and I would recommend her to EVERYONE I know. If you think you don’t need a day of coordinator, you are 100% wrong. My husband, like most men, wasn’t sure if we needed to spend more money, since we were paying for our own wedding, and ever since our big day on Saturday - he can’t stop talking about how Natasha was sent from Heaven. (And was probably our best investment!) Natasha - you are definitely doing what you were meant to do! You are AMAZING at coordinating chaos (pure chaos) and I am so thankful I found you!
