BOONDOCKS FOOD AND FUN REVIEWS

My boyfriend and I took our kids for the day and had a great time! There are so many activities for families to enjoy! Bumper boats, go karts, rope course, bowling, laser tag, mini golf, arcade, and dining! We felt like although the cost is high, you do get what you pay for, and we would return again.

Had an absolute blast! Had 8 people to pay for cost about $500 for the 4 hour pass. We bought food when bowling at the end. Good time expensive for large families though.

My experience was utterly flawless. My main man Marley got me right with the excellent high quality service on the outside attractions and was the best part of my day! Thank God for Marley.

PIRATES COVE WATER PARK REVIEWS

I had such a fantastic experience at Pirates Cove that I had to take the time to give them a 5 star review. Every employee was incredibly friendly, but there were two who went above and beyond. I have a latex allergy and needed to know if the floats in the lazy river contained latex. I asked a head guard, Aubrey, and she wasn’t sure so she called her manager, Avery, to ask. Avery came and met with me. She then said we could check the box in the shed to see if it was listed because she wasn’t sure either. The box was not helpful in the slightest. This is where Avery went way above and beyond. Unbeknownst to me, she went to the office and called the company who makes the floats! She then came to find me and let me know that they are latex free. I was shocked by how much effort was given to answering my question. We had a fantastic day at the water park and will definitely be making many more visits in the future!.

Such a great spot for a family outing. There are lots of activities on a small piece of land. With dietary restrictions in our group, we appreciated being able to bring a cooler with us. They have reasonably priced season passes to enjoy the fun throughout their season.

This is a good smaller sized “water park” brought our 10 month old and 2 1/2 old here and they enjoyed the baby pool, pirate ship and lazy river. The lockers are nice, hard to find chairs, but we were able to. Bathrooms were clean and we had a great time.

THE SPLASH AT FOSSIL TRACE REVIEWS

The Splash really is a great outdoor pool. It’s best for younger kids, as most of the facility is geared for kids 10 and younger. Not that older kids and adults can’t have fun, but the slides are pretty short and the “fun” pool is pretty shallow. It’s not nearly as busy as pirates cove and it’s much more peaceful. You can bring in food, so that’s nice. Tip: get there when it opens to snag a chair or table in the shade.

One of favorites. Chill spot for moms, dads and kids. It's moderately spaced so I don't feel I lose my kid. So I can enjoy time too safely. The life guards are great and on it, trust worthy. You can bring your own food, snacks, drinks too make it a day without breaking the bank.

We loved it! It sure was a nice overcast summer day in the 80's. I've never been to the concessions because we always pack a lunch and drinks. Get there early to get a lounge chair! The fact that it's so cheap and super fun.. also safe, it's a great summer day staycation.
