The Buddy Holly Center is a Museum speaks about performance and visual arts center in Lubbock, Texas. The museum's exhibitions and programs reflect the diverse cultural characteristics of the region and encourage interaction between the artists and the community Buddy Holly and other performing artists and musicians of West Texas. The buddy holly center is the place of a historical site. It has a dual mission, preserving, collecting, and promoting the legacy. The music of Lubbock and West Texas, as well as exhibits on Contemporary Visual Arts and Music, serves to educate and entertain the public. The Plaza is open to the public from dawn to dusk, all year round. At The Buddy Holly Center, free admission for Children (6 and Under accompanied by a family member), museum members & active duty military.

NATIONAL RANCHING HERITAGE CENTER

The National Ranching Heritage Center is a museum of historical ranching park situated on Texas Tech University's northern boundary. It is a 19-acre museum, and the paved path through the ancient park is 1.5 miles long. This center explains the life and development of the beef cattle industry, a rare selection of images highlighting industry history. Tourists can enjoy the historical windmills and dugouts at the heritage site ranching center. It offers a variety of activities, classes in grades 1-5 for students. The National Heritage Center for Ranching is a perfect place to organize special events such as dinners, parties, receptions, and workshops. Depending on your level of interest can take one hour or more to tour. National Heritage center welcomes you with free admission.

The Silent Wing Museum in Texas has a history of The Legacy of World War II Glider Piolets. This museum is a public organization, maintains and shares the history of World War II military glider Silent wings provide a range of educational activities which include speakers who may take part in a small community event. The Silent Wing Museum is home to an extensive library and book collection on the World War Two Military Glider program. Here they present a theater program for 15 minutes, titled The Story of World War Two Glider Program. The museum is housed in the old tower and terminal building of Lubbock airport in the 1950s and 1960s. Once you have taken all the sights and sounds from these galleries, don't forget to stop by the exit area and see the bicycle and read more about how it got back to the states!.
