WOODHOUSE DAY SPA LUBBOCK REVIEWS

This was my 4th time at the Woodhouse Spa and was my 1st time ever having a man a as a therapist. Not gonna lie that I was a little anxious about having a guy because I always get ladies. But OMG, Tristan was absolutely amazing! Super polite, respectful, gentle and he focused on the areas I told him I was having trouble with. So so so good! 5 stars and a frequent client for my following massages! Thank you Tristan.

Michelle was A GODESS!!! I have gotten 3 massages and 1 facial here before and oh my goodness, she is by far the best here!!! If you come, definitely make sure to mention her by name to receive an incredible massage. She pays attention to your target areas and definitely don’t forget to add the hot stones. I will absolutely keep coming back because they are sooo professional and I LOVE the vibe here.

My boyfriend and I had our first ever massage here and it was amazing! Very clean and relaxing! The staff did amazing on explaining things and were very kind! We will definitely come back.

XPERIENCE SALON AND DAY SPA REVIEWS

I’ll start off by saying my wife and I had a less than favorable experience on our first visit for a couples massage. We brought the issues up to management and they took quick action to rectify the problem. The manager Janie scheduled us in quickly for another session which she personally performed along with Paris. They were both phenomenal masseuses and took excellent care of both of us. They more than made up for the actions of the first service and earned our business back for sure. We will definitely be going back and might consider signing up for a membership.

I went to Xperience Spa yesterday for a Hydra-facial and I was incredibly impressed. It was my first facial, but I have never been more relaxed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere were very calm and quiet. An extremely positive experience. Ileigh did my facial and she was wonderful, talked me through every step prior to starting and made me feel very comfortable and at-ease. I will be returning and I definitely recommend Xperience.

Paris does an outstanding job, with good pressure from head to toe. The staff is outstanding as well. Ready with water after your session and ready to explain additional add ons for a more relaxing experience. Highly recommend their services.

Professional, thorough, kind, paid attention to detail, took her time, dressed and looked very professional - just an overall relaxing and wonderful experience. I love this spa and have gone to them over the last decade and I am always leaving happy, not matter how long it’s been since my last visit. Owners are absolutely engaged with their business. Each service I have tried here has been amazing! It genuinely seems like the providers do care to create a relaxing atmosphere and experience for their clients. If you’re looking to treat yourself or a loved one to a spa day, this is the place.

My wife and I have been coming to Renaissance Spa for years. They are always so fantastic to work with. Easy to book online. Affordable prices. FANTASTIC massage therapists. We highly recommend.
