MEMPHIS ZOO REVIEWS
My older son absolute loves animals. We have to visit any Zoo possible. We have even been to Zoos like Brasov - Romania and Szeged Hungary. The Memphis Zoo is ranking probably at the top of the list right now. Everything is spotless. The entire landscape is well taken care of and very clean. No dead leaves, random branches, misplaced stands, etc. On top of everything the animals were very active and they all seem to have pretty good size cages which we always love. The entire Zoo theme is pretty cool too. Very pleasantly surprised and felt like the money was well worth it!
Been to a few Zoos around the country and the Memphis Zoo is one of my favorite so far. I am a member so I don't have to pay for parking but keep in mind that is something that goes along with paying for admission. The animals looks very healthy, happy and on weekdays it is pretty empty letting you get some great views of the animals. I would highly recommend going here at least once if you live in the area or if you are visiting Memphis!
This is probably one of my favorite zoos! We visit a zoo every time we travel. This one had several animals that we had not seen anywhere else. They also have a splash pad during summer! It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am sure we will visit again.

NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM REVIEWS
This was an absolutely wonderful museum. Very informative and entertaining. The visual aids that are displayed to help with the understanding of the history was amazing. The art work had intricate detail. My family and I enjoyed the museum greatly!
You absolutely can't miss out on this fantastic museum! My family and I had an excellent experience there, and even my 10-year-old daughter 100% engaged the whole time. Trust me, you won't regret visiting this wonderfully curated place. The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable.
Quite interesting museum. They converted the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated into a civil rights museum. It not only has the room he stayed in preserved but other civil rights violations and tragedies during the time. Very informative and powerful.

MEMPHIS BOTANIC GARDEN REVIEWS
I enjoyed walking along the Alice & Wonderland sculptures, the fountains, the children's playground, and the many gardens. It was absolutely beautiful! This is a big plus for the Memphis area. In comparison to other botanical gardens, this is top notch! It is very well maintained, the staff were friendly, and I'll be returning at Christmas for what's expected to be absolutely stunning.
Sizeable facility with lots of lovely acreage. If I lived nearby, I might get a season ticket so that I could spend some peaceful time there. I happened to visit around Thanksgiving, so many of the blooms were spent, but there was still plenty to see. I spent a couple of hours here. They have an especially good children's area that will likely be a big hit with your youngsters.
Very peaceful and relaxing. So much beauty and diversity in the various garden areas. Our guide was so knowledgeable and the tour through the gardens on the golf cart was a high plus for us. So glad we got to experience this. The sensory garden and Japanese Garden were a couple of our favorites.
