Overton Park is the best and relaxing spot in Memphis. The park is full of beautiful old trees, and many specimens in the ancient forest state natural area are estimated to be around 200 years old. The 1.4-mile limestone loop, offering a soft running surface. Overton Park offers 2 playgrounds, an art museum, and a 126-acre of the forest. The park provides two miles of paved trails underneath a canopy, unlike any other in the city.

Tom Lee Park has over 30 acres of parkland and provides a riverside fit course and Beale street landing and several fitness stations set up in the park. The park offers six fitness and exercise stations, stretching supports, and two sand volleyball courts. Tom Lee Park provides pedestrian trails and beautiful views of the river. It is an ideal location for walkers, joggers, rollerbladers, and cyclists.

Marquette Park provides a beautiful park with excellent facilities in Memphis. The park has Italian festivals, monkey bars, swings, kids playing equipment, restaurants, soccer, frisbee.
