Words cannot describe how great this company and its employees are. They have a new lifelong customer as long as I'm around. I recently created menus and programs that I needed to be printed with a short turnaround time. I tried multiple print shops on the Northshore, and each of them referred me elsewhere. With time against me and million other tasks at hand, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Kelly (literally an angel) who walked me through what I would need to get over. At each step of the process she was patient. She called me numerous times to ensure my final prints were how I would like and even informed me when she didn't have to of my errors. What more could I really ask for I received a call from Kelly that my order was ready to pick up in almost no time. She worked diligently to ensure my order would be available prior to depart town. Her bubbly spirit was present throughout MPress. When I arrived to pick up my order every person was beyond friendly, and it genuinely felt like I was a long-time customer. I'm looking forward to my next order. Guaranteed greatness is what you can expect when you use this company. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
