Gail was absolutely fantastic to work with to get a large direct mail project up and running! The mailing became urgent after FedEx was unable to deliver after weeks of back-and-fourth and our deadline was quickly approaching. She helped me work through various templates including a mail merge, mailing to both US and Canada and offering several options to make sure that the project met all of our requirements. She provided regular updates and kept me looped in each step of the way.
