Scott was a pleasure to work with. During my interview call he was patient and explained his process. He fit in to a quick inspection date due to my tight inspection period. He showed up early to the site and began taking necessary pictures of the outside of condo complex. Inside he was as focused while I spoke with Realtor. He was thorough and took ample time to complete his process. And most importantly he provided a patient, thorough review findings. To top it off, after my realtor recommended additional mold inspections. Scott came back to the unit as soon as possible and got the cassettes sent out to the lab quickly. After receiving results we made our inspection cut-off on the last allowable day thanks in a large part to Scott’s diligence. Very pleased.

Scott is an exceptional home inspector who goes above and beyond to ensure a thorough and informative inspection process. He is professional, detail-oriented, and takes the time to explain every finding clearly. The inspection report was delivered promptly and was well-organized, including comprehensive descriptions, photos, and actionable recommendations with 3 different ranking. Scott’s use of drone to help us identify a few slipped and loose roof tiles that could cause future issues. He also helped us identify a critical issue with microbial growth on the ceiling due to prior water leakage. We’re extremely satisfied with Scott’s services and will confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable home inspector.
