Very professional. They were ahead of schedule so they called to see if they could arrive ahead of schedule. Once here both services reps knew the issue and worked quickly to get our system back operational. Before they left they had me verify the system worked. Recommend SST to all who are looking for a home security system.

Great experience all around. I called DPS to set up an appointment to install ADT security system for my house. Ruben came on time and gave me a quote, explained everything and I felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise. I decided to go with them right on the spot and I'm glad I did. They completed the job exactly as promised, explained me how to use the equipment, walked me through everything and my cameras been working without any problems for 6 month now. Thank you for your 5 star service! I recommend Ruben and DPS to all my friends and colleagues!!.

We were in a tough situation with the local fire department with our communication lines down, and forced to put up 24 hour fire watch personnel that could have cost us thousands. Instead, the Sonitrol team were able to put my new cellular fire lines in the next day by going above and beyond. The new cellular service replaces two landlines and will save us hundreds per month.
