Our Moxie Representative did a good job. The de-webbing of spider webs was okay, although a few webs were missed so I followed up with removal myself. I was pleased that Michael had read the notes which specifically stated that my property must be treated with organic granular treatment and organic sprays. I was grateful he spoke to me first and we determined that I wished to forgo spraying until the Fall. This was important because for some reason Moxie’s contract for me does not stipulate all this. I feel it is very important to maintain as sustainable and non toxic space as possible. All and all I was satisfied.
Bryce is so awesome! He worked so hard in the rain and thunder, with a cheery spirit despite getting soaked! So friendly and caring about what was needed. Going above and beyond. I so appreciate Bryce and his great attitude. And I so appreciate Moxie and their formulas that WORK! Yesterday I contacted Pro Pacific for bee problems. They were coming inside the house through the fireplace. They schedule me for the same day and showed up right on time. The service was great - they were very knowledgeable and courteous. They inspected the problem area, treated the issue and also checked/removed some wasp hives that I had around the outside of the house as a courtesy! I will highly recommend their service.
