I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed but damage needed to be done. Mr. Robert Hauser was sent to inspect the damage and then he came back and repaired everything. Mr. Hauser was so nice and explained everything then he repaired everything so that it looked like new. He was very fast and professional but the most important thing is how wonderful his work was. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Needed to have my new bedroom window a/c installed. The appointment was set soon after my request and Andrey was sent out to do the job. This was not simple because I purchased a larger unit than the old one I had that died. Andrey explained to me that the number of BTU's expended by my new unit were in excess of my room measurements. We discussed location options, and in the end he said he'd "make it work" in my original window. Andrey was incredibly hard working with a positive attitude. He was excellent at keeping me informed through each step of his work. He removed the other window panel and created a new frame from materials he left to purchase at Home Depot. He centered the new unit perfectly. Andrey is a perfectionist and the quality of his work exceeded my expectations . After he installed the new unit and framed it within my existing frame, he removed my interior window shutters, took the old a/c unit, cleaned up and - even though the job took almost five hours - stayed within the agreed upon estimate.
