My car was long over due and in need of a wash interior and exterior. I reached out to Marcus and luckily he was able to take my car in within half hour! When I got there, he even helped me remove my kid's car seat from the back seat along with some stuff from the trunk to make sure that there's completely nothing in the way, so he could get into all the nooks and crannies and be really thorough with the cleaning. After removing the carseat, there were patches of gooey gunk stuck on the seat. Marcus was then able to give me a more accurate quote that was higher than what he gave me on the phone, but I was completely cool with that since my car was in worse condition that I thought. After getting the car ready, I requested him to drop me off at nearby Kohl's which he happily did. We even had a good conversation along the way! (I really appreciate this service, Marcus.) Before he was done with the car, he texted me to give me a heads up. When we were back, I was super impressed with how impeccably clean it was! He removed all the gunk, the stubborn patch on top of the car, and even washed and dried the car seat mat!! Marcus and his nephew really went above and beyond with their job within a reasonable amount of time. Marcus was able to do a good job on my white Toyota Camry, Since I go to the gym and workout I used to ignore the smell and sweat I came into my car with. But over time it started to build up, and I got nervous giving rides to others. However if I were to take care of my car, it has to start with the interior. Marcus took good care of me personally while he was working on my car dropping me off and picking me up in the mall that I stayed for.
