Tom is phenomenal. Squeezed us into his schedule last minute, answered our many questions before booking, and was very prompt, respectable and professional. He spent three full hours going over every detail, taking clear colorful photos, outlining minor vs major considerations, and got additional insights from his thermal imaging. The radon testing takes 48hrs to come back, so be sure to share any contract deadlines with his team ahead of time. Since we were there in person, Tom patiently and expertly went through the whole report with us, reviewing the photos and issues in detail. Within an hour we got an electronic version of the home inspection report via email, which even includes info graphics and videos of how to resolve the issues listed and maintain the house!!! Our experience was leagues ahead of the technology from 2012 when all you got was a black and white print out. Well worth every penny. He also showed care with the seller’s home, taking off his shoes and making sure everything was left just as he found it. Highly recommend - would give more stars if I could!

A Precise Home Inspection provides a very thorough, professional, and detailed inspection. I am a new home buyer and Jacob’s inspection gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision as well as helping my realtor assess major concerns. The report provided is thorough and well organized so that even someone with limited knowledge as myself can understand the concerns. Jacob was incredibly responsive when I had a couple follow up questions. They even followed up after the electric box was found to be locked at the initial inspection. I would highly recommend this inspection company.

A precise doesn't excellent job on their home inspections. They offer a variety of services including Home inspection, radon inspection, and sewer scope. They have outstanding customer service they respond in a timely manner and the inspectors are highly qualified. They take the time to do a thorough inspection and explain and answer all questions thoroughly. They're even available after the inspection if you have questions on the report. The reports are detailed with videos and photos and explanations. As a realtor, I do recommend them to my clients and also use them when I do inspections on properties I'm purchasing.
