AmPro Inspections

Great team helping out with an inspection today for a home we are under contract on. It's a former grow house so there were obvious concerns about electrical, mold, water damage, etc. John and Kevin did a very thorough job, brought issues to light that we hadn't considered, and the final inspection report was extremely detailed. They were very quick to turn around the report as well. Great team and would hands down recommend them to anyone!

AmPro was referred to me by a friend who used them recently. I was so happy with their customer service. From making the appointment on the phone, to their communication between myself and my realtor, to the guys who came out; I have ZERO complaints. Kevin and Joel were the employees who inspected the home. They were super friendly and communicated everything clearly to me and my realtor. I arrived towards the end of the inspection and they introduced themselves to me and gave me their card upon completion. I am very pleased with my experience with AmPro and I want to give a special thanks to Kevin and Joel. I also received the report shortly after the actual inspection so I appreciated the timeliness as well. The price was affordable and I liked that I could bundle sewer and radon without breaking the bank. They also offer military discount. Highly recommend this company!!

They did a very thorough job. We had just contracted on a house and called AmPro and they were out within a couple of days after we called them.
