I was very impressed with the timeliness and thorough manner in the inspection. My inspector, Shaun was experienced and a nice guy on top of it. He spoke with me when I asked questions and didn’t mind me be on site during the process. His findings were clear and concise along with the sewer scope, I was pleased with outcome. I highly recommend PremierOne Inspections, they are a professional and quality company.

Firstly, the process of scheduling services was super easy. The system asked me to choose what I wanted and showed the change in price. While I didn’t directly correspond with my inspector, he left a very clear and comprehensive report that was very organized, concise, and easy to understand as a homeowner. Lastly paying was easily taken care of with a click of a button. The inspector was very professional and even added somethings that we had “blue-taped” the day prior. Would definitely use those service again int the future.
