David Gebert was my inspector for a client I have been working with for a very long time to find the perfect house. He instantly set her mind at ease with his friendly, personable, and informative demeanor. No home is perfect and David presented the flaws in her dream home in a way that was clear and easy to understand. One of these flaws was a minor issue on a small section of the roof and David went above and beyond after the inspection, calling me the next day to inform me when the issue is corrected, there are already brand new matching shingles in the attic crawlspace, saving my client the chore of matching them and money in the process. This level of service is something everyone should emulate and strive to achieve. 10/10, highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Aardvark Home Inspection. David was our inspector he has done an excellent job in detailing what needs to be repaired in the home we are purchasing. The report was very easy to read and understand . I couldn't believe how quickly he had the report completed after the inspection.

I never personally hired a home inspection company, and never viewed such a report, but this was the most concise and detailed report I could have imagined. It covered every detail from the peak of the roof to the basement floor, and literally everything in between. I hope NOT to need another inspection any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely use Aardvark.
