As a Realtor in Az for many years my clients and I have hired quite a few inspection services. Thankfully I have found Az Premier Inspection. The inspectors attention to detail was very professional (the experience in General Contracting was both evident and reassuring). The accessibility of the inspector (Greg) to walk my clients and myself through the findings at the completion of the inspection was informative and essential. And as promised the report was delivered the same day (web-based), was easy to read/understand and the inspector was available to discuss the findings in detail. I highly recommend this company!.

Greg with AZ Premier Inspection was VERY thorough. He took 300 pictures during my home inspection. He also supplied me with a very detailed 146 page inspection report with pictures included, detailing the defects and remains of the home. He was very down to earth and didn't make me feel stupid with my questions. Everything was electronic with a bonus form in the end that allows me to easily point out things I want the seller to repair or replace. I would definitely use this company, more specifically Greg again.
