Realtor made the appointment and payment was a breeze! Inspector was very kind, conversational, professional, and thorough. I learned a lot! Had no idea about some of the things he brought up— quite fascinating. My favorite part, however, was the tooth fairy change of address and monster free certificates in the folder! Made my day and I don’t even have kids! Buying a house and moving is super stressful and that tiny touch of playful thoughtfulness provided a much needed element of fun.
