Andy with Bentley Home Inspections was a very helpful and informative inspector. I had a lot of questions, and he went above and beyond to answer them after he completed the report. He was also able to inspect the house quickly and do a pest inspection at the same time. The report and payment were both available online, which was convenient.

I am a first time home buyer and Andy understood that. He thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the inspection as well as provided recommendations on things we should follow-up with a specialist about. He was able to add services on the spot as well too further evaluate potential issues.

Andy was very thorough in doing the home inspection. Answered all questions that came up and was quick to respond to my messages and questions. Very reasonably priced and easy to work with. The inspection report is very easy to read as well!
