CHC Home Inspection

Excellent work and customer service! We have used CHC for a home inspection and more recently for a commercial property inspection. Clay was quick to respond to my inquiry and he and his assistant James were quick to complete the inspection. The report was so thorough with plenty of detail and pictures and a ranking of major, moderate and minor repairs. They spent time answering our questions and explaining the findings. We could not have asked for a more professional, quality, and customer centered experience. We will use CHC every time and will highly and enthusiastically recommend to others!
