Brad Harwell with East Alabama Home Inspectors is the ONE for your home inspection. He is very knowledgeable in his field and really takes the time to explain his services and why they are important. He completed a general home inspection for the home that we are in the process of buying and he did a very thorough job. He then expedited the report in my case due to contractual deadlines and that just set the bar even higher for him. On top of that, the report is very thorough itself and is easy to understand on the clients end. Brad is very professional but shows compassion towards his clients. It is very apparent that this isn’t “just a job” for him. My 17 Month old had to tag along for this inspection and his hospitality towards him was the cherry on top of the experience. Obviously the home inspection but he can also do septic tank, termite, air quality and radon inspections. He truly is a one stop shop! He saved me time from having to meet multiple contractors.
