Very happy with this inspection company! We received the inspection report quickly and it was extremely thorough including pictures. They helped us identify multiple things that needed to be fixed in our new build before closing. Extremely grateful for their hard work and great communication! An added bonus was being able to use the free home concierge service to help set up utilities for our new home.

I would really recommend Integrity Property Inspections. They are really professional and understanding. I was suppose to have my inspection after my walkthrough on Saturday but due to some miscommunication i had to reschedule with them. When i called them to reschedule the lady who i talked to was very nice and changed my date with no problem. Overall, a great company.

Mario Lozoya showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time. He was professional, patient and an outstanding individual. Definitely would do business with this company again.
