Intteg Home Inspection

When I called Doug to schedule an inspection of a home I will be buying, he had an opening right away! I wasn't planning on being there for the inspection, nor my agent, but I squeezed in a few minutes before work to meet him. I was glad to see he was there early, he was professional, I explained my highest concerns, and we looked at a couple of things before I had to leave. I received my inspection report so promptly! He did a very thorough job, I did end up using the report as a negotiation tool and it worked. I would recommend Doug to anyone buying or selling a home! His prices are really reasonable! Also, he takes calls when it's after normal hours for questions about the report. Thank you, Doug!.
