If you needed one word to describe Marc it is THOROUGH! I contacted him to inspect a property I'm buying. He checks everything. Marc is very knowledgeable, explains to you any problems he finds, what the causes could be and how to fix them. His inspection will help you make a confident purchase. I like that he responds to you quickly and sends over the inspection report shortly after the inspection is completed. Great service all around. Marc Mazza has exceeded our expectations when it comes to home inspections. He uses thermal tools that discover things not clearly seen by a simple glance.
