I would give Top Dog 100 stars if I could. Buying a home, especially a new construction is very stressful. We were debating whether or not we should hire an independent inspector. We decided to do it. After extensive research, I came across Jerry with Top Dog home inspection. Jerry was awesome from the getgo. We had a great conversation and he answered ALL my questions. We hired him to inspect our home and we were glad we did. He discovered several critical issues we missed during our walkthrough. Jerry responded quickly and got our samples in same day even though it was a Sunday! He was extremely kind and professional and genuinely cared enough about our risk of mold exposure to put our samples on a rush! I'm so great full for the detailed report. It is so empowering to finally know why my kids have been so sick for so long!.
