I have lived here for a few months now and I have to say I am so glad I chose to live in a place operated by Arcadia when I say they are on top of everything !!! I mean it. My old property manager Michaela was absolutely amazing so sweet, understanding and responsive! If I put in a request it gets fixed that day. I love my building I love the environment of the staff and I love that I am actually excited to come home every day and see my neighbors and property manager. You can find no other service better than this! 10 stars all around seriously!

Arcadia Management made my transition into the apartment very smooth. Brita has been excellent to work with and always responded very quickly to my emails. Management is respectful of entering the apartment for repairs and gives lots of notice. The building is kept in excellent condition and is very clean. I'm very happy with my decision to move into a property managed by Arcadia and I'm thankful for everything Brita does to make my stay here enjoyable.
