Zach did a great job showing the place. He was prompt and kept in touch about the showing time. He was very helpful and had a lot of good advice for us. It was a very unique apartment in a unique neighborhood. It was close to lots of dining, night life, entertainment and nature all in one with easy access to freeways. I loved it but it was a little too outdated for my taste.

After having a couple failed attempts (at no one's fault) fixing my dishwasher, it was decided to just replace the entire unit. Nate had it done quickly and did really, really nice work. The dishwasher is fixed into the cabinets 1000x better than it was previously. It is no longer difficult to open or close it. Obviously being a new one, it no longer leaks and drains all on its own now. I'm very happy with both housing hub, and Nate more specifically.

I was having a difficult time in the property rental I was in, so I kept having to reach out to management for guidance. Every time I came with an issue, Danielle Jones was there and on top of finding a solution. She is vI want to thank Nick with Housing Hub maintenance ! I had a leaking kitchen sink, as soon as I put in a maintenance request he responded to me in such a timely manner and came to fix the issue. He was friendly and very professional, I appreciated that he put on booties so he didn’t track in anything into the house. Luckily it was an easy fix for him, after fixing the leak he gave me the details on what he did to fix it and made sure there was nothing else I needed of him! Really recommend Nick , and look forward to working with him in the future !ery time efficient and quick to respond. I never waited more than 15 mins for a response to literally every email I sent her! I'm very grateful to her and the wonderful service she provided!
