Erie Home

My house is about 2400 sq. feet with a very steep roof pitch surrounded by many trees. Those conditions are rough on a roof. I decided to go with a metal roof, as it will likely outlast me (in my 50s). It’s beautiful, and I expected it to be noisy in heavy downpours. It’s not. It sounds different than asphalt, but you get used to it. I’m happy with the purchase, but I recommend thinking seriously about the price. Mine was ~$50k, so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. And, yes, I have since trimmed the shrubs. You want to wait to do that after they’re done.

We had a complete shingle roof replacement done with Erie Home. The shingles are top of the line and high quality for the price point. Everyone we worked with was very professional, responsive and always on time. We had Nathan and Peter's crew install the job. Their crew worked swiftly, efficiently, communicated along the whole process, and made sure to walk me through the defects of the previous roof and the craftsmanship of the roof they were installing. The warranty is what took Erie over the edge. When we had a problem, they came out same day and made sure it was remedied.

Everyone we have communicated with has been informative and nice. When we had questions, they had answers. We had one minor item occur during install, and Erie had it resolved quickly. The day of install was quick, and everyone on site was great. They took care to ensure everything was cleaned up.
