Top notch company to work with! David Tucker (field rep for Roof Medic) was extremely easy to work with and walked me through every single step. (1) He called the insurance company with me to file the initial claim. (2) He met with the insurance adjuster at my home to make sure my claim was justified and documented. (3) He recognized that I wasn't being properly compensated for a copper roof above my bay window and filed a supplemental claim. (4) He stopped by multiple times before, during, and after the project was complete to ensure the install team did a great job and that I was completely satisfied. David was in constant communication via numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend David and the Roof Medic team enough! You will not be disappointed in this world-class business.

Brad Andrews is a trustworthy professional when it comes to roof inspection, assisting with filing a claim, working with claim adjusters, providing great suggestions on shingle types and color combination, all the way through a complete roof installation. He was very personable, easy to talk to, very patient (it took me a while to make decisions on shingle type and color :)) and was excellent with communication. He is very detail oriented and went over and above in answering questions which made me feel at ease with the whole process from beginning to end. I'm very happy with the new roof thanks to Brad and his awesome team for the high quality workmanship. I highly recommend Brad and Roof Medic to anyone looking for roof replacement/repair. The Roof Medic team was great to work with on our roof replacement. Michael Fargas came out and team came out on time as promised and performed a comprehensive review of our roof. They then very carefully explained the entire process of filing a claim with the insurance company and handled that on my behalf. Once the claim was approved they promptly scheduled our appointment for the replacement work to begin. Everything happened exactly as Michael advised and Michael was onsite several times that day to ensure that I was aware and understood what was happening. All the work was completed in a single day!! Great work and I would definitely recommend the Roof Mefic team and Michael to any of my family and friends!
