Our family had a 5-star experience with Roof Repair Specialist for our roof and gutter replacement project. Starting with Areg who went on the roof and took pictures and video and explained what we were seeing. He showed us various options for our replacement project explaining the differences between each. We felt no pressure to choose one option over the other.He also explained what to expect during the installation process and provided a detailed, itemized estimate with an impressive material and labor warranty. During the planning and scheduling process, Daniel updated us about the schedule and provided information on how to prepare our property prior to the start of the work. We wish we could name everyone on the roof and gutter removal team, the roof installers and the gutter installers. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after every work day. The supervisor of our project, Alvaro, checked in with us daily to inform us about what would be taking place that day and daily walked through the work done. We are very happy with the service we received from the Roof Repair Specialist team.

The project manager Alvaro Lomeli is professional, responsible, detail oriented, patient. He explained all the details of the roof reaping procedure. The team Alvaro led was the most hard working group. We are satisfied with the new roof. Highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist.

We were very impressed with the work done by Chucky & Maya. They communicated daily about work to be done. They were both polite & professional & very friendly. Same applies to Jean and Uzi. Although it hasn’t rained since installation, we are confident our leak issue was resolved.
