The culinary offerings at this establishment are of exceptional quality, although the demeanor of the staff could be improved upon. Despite this, the delectable nature of the cuisine compensates for any shortcomings in service. The ambiance is somewhat peculiar, as the decor lacks a cohesive theme. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Such a hidden gem of a sandwich shop! If you haven't been here before, I would highly recommend stopping in, your taste buds will thank you. We tried the Turkey Over Italy and Georgioso, both were delightful. If I had to choose, I'd go with the Turkey Over Italy. Pesto always wins.

Simply the best kept secret in Boise! Always been the ultimate sandwich shop like a good old ny deli. Everything is umami good! Stuffed avocado is my favorite.

Friendly service, trendy and happy atmosphere, delicious food. Just perfect. Huge menu, with a wide variety of options with so many tastes. Plus, their house made lemonade is soooooo good. There is patio seating, indoor seating, and extended seating upstairs with ambient lighting. It totally reminds me of favorite sandwich shop in NYC.

Absolutely my most favorite sandwich/soup restaurant! They have plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, and gluten free people. My go to order is a yam and cheese salad or sandwich and a blueberry lemonade. So good every time! The employees are always happy and helpful and the atmosphere is welcoming and open. Yes, the prices are higher but the quality/ taste of the food and the experience more than makes up for it.

Friendly staff and delicious variety of sandwiches, salads, and lemonades. The Peruvian was one of the most unique sandwiches I've ever eaten and it was phenomenal. Their basil strawberry lemonade is also very good. Definitely check them out. They support a lot of great causes too.

This place is super popular in Colorado. I believe they are better than subway. Honestly always have had good experiences here. Tasty and helps out local fire station.

I have been a huge Firehouse fan ever since they opened. This is the first location I ever went to. Staff were always nice and courteous, the sandwiches are absolutely outstanding and I love the firehouse vibe! Will always be a regular customer here.

Smokehouse steak and cheddar was incredibly good. Fresh and tasty side salad with pepper corn ranch. They have soup or Mac and cheese or chips. Good dill pickle spears on the side. Overall excellent.
