After having to deal with another problem with our cameras and posting a review on their performance, I received a call from Angelica the following day. She was able to get us prompt help from a very nice, patient and knowledgeable technician who got our system set up properly. Kevin, our technician, made sure everything was in good working order before he left, and we really appreciate his professionalism. We truly hope to not have to deal with any more issues with these cameras at all. We appreciate all the Tech Support Representatives who have offered assistance throughout our difficulties with the system, among them Jane, Eric, and Mark.

I want to send a shout out to our installer Anthony from 3A Home Security who was punctually on time and a delightfully friendly person. He put some effort in his detail when installing our home security system. He asked if each installation piece was up to my view of perfection which, hands down couldn’t be done better and cleaner than the straight lines and corners he put. He was thorough with everything, even explaining how the system works with detail. His work detail shows like a seasoned veteran installer. Check out some of his work!!
