Brian Baker from Bates Security stopped by our office to fix our system that is ancient and done an excellent job. He went far beyond what he needed to do and he has called to check to see if the company I work for has a way to get an upgrade since like I stated early the system is ancient. I am so impressed with Seth Mayes from Bates Security - he is very professional and has so much knowledge and expertise about the Bates system. He installed my new panel flawlessly. He addressed my concerns and did everything to ensure I would not have to worry about the trouble with my panel again. He double and triple checked the whole system to make certain that everything was working correctly. I have so much confidence in Seth and his abilities that if I ever were to have issues with my system again, I only want him to come take care of it! He’s the best!
