Michael of Shield Security went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of in our new home. He walked through the system with us, made sure all cameras, contact points on each door, the wall panel were functioning perfectly. He was very thorough in all that he did - tested it all and made sure it was done to perfection. He even checked to see if our old doorbell could be fixed. Seriously one of the best customer service I've had in a very long time.

Michael really helped us. We needed our equipment reinstalled and after dozens of hour long calls with Corporate we thankfully found Mike. He answered right away, was informative, and certainly knew what he was doing. He showed up, exactly when he said he would, called on his way, and was polite and professional. He got our system up and running, and went the extra mile around every corner to make sure we were happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend using Mike, we’ll be telling all our friends about him!

Michael, the owner, has been personally involved with our alarm service starting from the the quotation, recommendation, installation, and lastly, the after-sale support. You cannot go wrong supporting our local small business with the this type of involvement from the owners.
