On several occasions, I have had to call in to the service department about alarm concerns at one of our three locations. I have to say, Ralph Galeoti the Service Supervisor was able to get the problems corrected. Not only has he gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer he has done so with professionalism and always in a friendly manner. There were also a few times when he had to dispatch a tech to the site. They were there on the day as Ralph stated they would be, which was always in a day or two of the call and if we triaged the call as important.

We seldom add new users to our security system, and I forgot our master code. I received excellent customer service today throughout my experience. My initial phone call was answered prompt BBC ly and professionally, I was promised that a service tech would call me back quickly, Ralph called me within 15 minutes. He was not only prompt, but knowledgeable and professional as well. Ralph not only helped me to recover my master code, he then walked me through the process of adding a new user.

Ralph was very helpful in getting our system back up and running quickly. He also was able to help guide me over the phone to save a costly service call. We have 4 systems through SSA and we are happy with the service.
