I’m very happy with the service and the security system that I recently purchased from Vivint!! Brian the technician was fantastic and made sure I understood and was satisfied with his service!! I had a little frustration at first because of the package deal that I was promised and wasn’t receiving at the time of installation but, the supervisor Kevin whom I finally was able to talk to made it all what it was supposed to be for my home, including what I asked for at the time of purchase!! He’s the BEST!!!

Vivint sales rep was polite and thorough in his presentation. Installers were available within hours, and completed installation the same day. Very professional installation. The customized package is just what we were looking for. Great customer service!

My experience was excellent. My technician was Terrance. He was on time and worked quickly and carefully. He explained everything in detail and was able to help cater my system to my needs. Terrance listened to my concerns and thoroughly assessed what I needed for my house. I cannot say how happy I am with the work he did. I am also very happy with the system. It is so easy to use and exactly what I need. I feel so much better in my home. Thank you.
