Alex was very cool to work with and he explains every bit of the features that he has to install. He was very patient enough to switch the sensors and camera as per our need . If any alterations after we decided he took that very positively and changed it for our convenience. He explains every detail of the security panel and answers all our queries in a pleasant way. After much analysis I chose Vivint and I’m seeing that is the right decision I took. I recommend Alex and Vivint to my friends for sure .

Sofia and John were the best.. They were so helpful. They explained everything to us. They showed us all the different things we could do with the system and how to uses it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a system. We are very happy with ours.
