I called Brian on Monday about cleaning out our septic tank. He came out on Wednesday to do the job after calling to confirm the appointment and my location. He was on time and very friendly, even to my dogs. As he performed the work he explained to me that our system was working correctly and told me what to do to make sure that continues. He let me know when we will need him again (not for several years.) His price was $50 lower than anyone else I called, and he didn't complain about how far out of town we are. 100% recommend A1 for prompt, professional and courteous service. Thanks, Brian!
