Chamberlain Septic and Sewer

We had a plumbing issue over the weekend. Called our usual plumbing company who told us it was due to our septic system. I admit I have neglected having it pumped so I thought it was a good possibility. Called Chamberlain this morning and Josh showed up earlier than estimated. Not only did he service our septic tank but took a look at the plumbing indoors. He gave me a recommendation for a different plumbing company. He also took the time to speak to them explaining the situation better than I could have. I have hope that our situation will be resolved tomorrow! Josh was beyond polite and informative. I appreciate his honesty and the way he took care of us! Josh is an absolute asset to this business!! I will always use Chamberlain for all my septic system needs.

Called to have a septic tank pumped on fairly short notice. The representative I spoke to on the phone was kind, helpful, and was able to schedule me immediately. On the day of the appointment, the driver, Josh, gave ample notice of when he'd be there, was a joy to speak to, and was able to complete the pumping quickly. These guys are the best. This is the second time I've had them complete a service and will recommend them to anybody.

Had my septic cleaned by Chamberlain Septic. The employee was Mitch. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Chamberlain for this type of work. They were very professional in every way.
