Josiah and Kevin came out to do our annual septic cleaning and did a fantastic job. We had a broken baffle and they both took the time to go in-depth to explain the importance of the baffle. They also made me an appointment for the following day to replace it. Very kind and very knowledgable of the work they do. The following morning Harell came out and replaced the baffle. He was also very kind and knowledgable of the job he did. He also took the time to explain what he did and had recommendations for future care and maintenance. We have used this company or over 25 years never a problem with them. I called today because I had a question about something we got in the mail from another company they were very helpful and helpful I never have a problem with them. Twice we used 2 other companies when moving and they were booked and would never use those Two other companies again.

They come out regularly to clean my septic tank filter, but would only recommend and appreciate a follow-up call or, a note on the invoice as to any issues that may have caused the need for additional clearing / cleaning of the filter.
