We’ve called The North End our home for the past two years, we have two precocious 8 year old twin girls who enjoy all the amenities the community has to offer. Whether it’s grabbing a morning coffee from the lobby or spending a summer evening at the pool we’ve tried to enjoy and explore all the areas and sections available. The engineering staff are very prompt in fixing any issues in the apartment and are on hand to offer support even in difficult times. The community manager, Liz is delightful on many levels but to illustrate her kindness, when our cat passed away ensured the vet had a parking space in the building to offer our beloved pet respect during a difficult time. There are many community events we try to attend and have loved calling this our home. I’ve lived in many apartment buildings but the staff have ensured that this isn’t just an apartment it truly is a community. Located on the river we make good use of summer evenings and the pool which offers us an oasis in what can be quite a busy city. We love the North End!

I was a resident of the NorthEnd for almost 3 years and it was a great place to live. Excellent location, fun amenities and primarily the staff is amazing. They address any issues in the building or maintenance problems with speed and efficiency and really care about their residents. I have not lived anywhere in any state before where the staff is so on top of things. Thank you Mardi, Jessica, Jake and Liz for being so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. I’ll miss you guys.

The North End leasing experience was a breeze! Destiny and Mardi were very helpful and always were happy to assist with any questions I had about the complex. I was in and assigned a unit within a week of applying. When I arrived, Destiny walked me to the parking garage and showed me where I would park. Unit was very clean and in good shape upon arrival. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick and easy leasing experience!!

I had the pleasure of visiting the exclusive rooftop bar, Canopy, as a guest of a resident at Ascent, and I was thoroughly impressed. The bartenders were not only skilled but also incredibly welcoming, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The panoramic views were truly breathtaking. Based on this experience alone, I would highly recommend living at Ascent for the exceptional amenities they offer.

We made a big move from the South and we were nervous about picking the right place. Ascent provides a beautiful view with everything you need in walking distance. I am pretty active and it is a central place to be in the city. One of my favorite parts are the amenities! The gym, pool, sauna we get to use year round! The 25th floor has an amazing view to watch the sunrise. My favorite people to see when I leave in the morning is Shay and my favorite person to see when I get off of work is Jenn! They are so warm and kind. They always have a smile on their face. Jenn makes sure she adds a positive word when she sees you. It really is refreshing after a long day of work. We are happy with our choice!

A fascinating architectural marvel. Things that I didn't think were possible (like a massive building built from timber) are fully on display. Warm, inviting interiors, superb pool area and entertainment space. This building is truly a masterpiece of engineering, vision, and human ingenuity.
