As a first-time customer, I purchased a used PlayStation 5. While the console functioned flawlessly, the HDMI cable was defective. I promptly contacted Customer Service, who promptly provided me with a replacement HDMI cable without any issues. I highly recommend this establishment.

Last year after my mom passed away I had to bring a awful lot of jewelry boxes in and have them sort through it all in order to sell it to them. They did such a fast wonderful job with sorting through everything ! I recommend coming to this wonderfully owned place if you're looking for a place to pawn old jewelry or jewelry in general! Renee was the best customer service representative that I've had the pleasure of working with. I walked in talked with Renee to let her know what I wanted in a ring, and she gave me many ideas. With her charm loving personality, I was able to walk out of here with a ring of my choosing with the help of Renee and I give her a five star.

Thank you Stein's Jewelry. My wife had a wonderful time picking out her 25th wedding anniversary silver. The clasp was loose on the bracelet she picked out and they had it tweaked the next morning. Renee was so helpful with awesome energy.

When to sell my jazz guitar at neighborhood pawn shop and resale had it appraised was surprised that the salesman wouldn't buy my guitar because as far as he was concerned it was worth way more than he thought it would be I like the honesty and morals and would recommend neighborhood pawn and resale to my friends and family for buying pawning or selling my musical instruments

Every time I come here I am treated with respect . All the gentleman I have done business with there have all been friendly, nice, helpful and just wonderful! They always take care of me and take wonderful care of the things I bring in to them. These gentleman are very trustworthy and also very fair in the prices they give you. They are always willing to go outta their way for me to make me happy. That means a lot , that’s why I’m a returning Happy customer . Thanks guys!!! Love this place

Best Pawn shop in the world. They do not try to take advantage of people being in a hard spot like other pawn shops do. They with give you better prices then anywhere else.
