ALPHA MASSAGE & WELLNESS REVIEWS

Hilda was absolutely amazing! I asked her to focus on my upper back and shoulders and she put in WORK! She was so sweet and welcoming. The space was very nice and clean and relaxing. They can also book couples/ groups of 3 which would be perfect for a spa day with friends. 1000% recommend.

Such a thoughtful massage. This was my first experience and the service was thorough and left me feeling relaxed and restored! I will for sure be coming back in the future.

I highly recommend an alpha sports extreme tissue massage from Hilda! She was so kind, welcoming, and talented. My body feels brand new, best massage ever.

My girlfriend and I went in for our first ever massages here on a recommendation from her sister, and I am so glad we did! We had Lee and Vernell as our masseuses, and my body has not felt this good in SO long!! I have chronic pain and this is the most relief I’ve had in awhile, which I am very grateful for!! Cannot recommend them enough, and this will be a regular stop for me when I’m in the Uptown area.

My massage by Vida was professional and relaxing! Her expertise, technique, and massage skills are by far the best. She did deep-tissue work on me and focused on exactly where I requested. I recommend her for a full body massage. I will be back soon!

This was the most welcoming and private experience I’ve ever had. The people are amazing and are super informative! Was my first float session and it was incredible! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family! Thank you so much! P.s. even if you’re not like into any of the yoga, eastern practice type stuff, it has nothing to do with that. The Wellness Center is a true gem in the heart of South Minneapolis. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the service is always good and they are active members of the community to boot! I come one a month and recommend to anyone looking to heal their body.
