I had an amazing experience with Suzanne! She is absolutely wonderful—extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. For the first time, I truly felt like I was in the right place and that someone genuinely understood my skin. She took the time to assess my needs and provided expert recommendations. My skin has never felt better! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and personalized facial experience.

Marcia was very professional! The massage was done at a very high skill level and as a former athlete, I really appreciate the time she took to understand my needs and how to best rejuvenate my muscles and overall a very good experience from booking my appointment to location and setup of massage therapy room.

All around a wonderful experience getting a facial here! My skin is absolutely snatched with the micro-current facial. So much so that my partner noticed. I’ll be back!

She is incredibly kind, patient, and meticulous, ensuring every experience is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Her expertise and gentle touch make a noticeable difference in my skin, and I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing. Beyond Touria’s amazing facials, the staff at Sugar House Day Spa & Salon is always courteous and welcoming, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walk in. It’s truly a top-tier spa experience, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Jae did an amazing job on my hair! The balayage and root color blending came out so natural and seamless—exactly what I wanted. She really listens to what you’re looking for and gives great advice. On top of that, she’s incredibly professional and kind, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

Just moved here and needed a new hair girl. Andrea worked wonders! I was so impressed by her professionalism and she was a joy to be around. My hair has never looked better and I can’t wait to go back.

I love the time I spend at Serenity. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Liggia, my wonderful, precious hair stylist is amazing and always makes being there a special time for me. She offers the best advice and always pleases me with what she does. And, Amanda, who washes my hair, massages my head and makes me want to stay in that chair for hours! I have been going to Serenity Day Spa in Old Town for 15 years (since I moved to Alexandria) and have never had a bad experience!

Serenity Day Spas truly lives up to its name! They offer an impressive variety of services, making it easy to find exactly what you need to relax and rejuvenate. The facility is spotless, which immediately puts you at ease and adds to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring every visit is a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

Serenity is a wonderful full-service day spa! All service providers are licensed and very knowledgable. The Serenity Room, a cozy waiting room with blankets, books, and refreshments, is a great place to relax before, after, and in between services!
