Capital Grille Boston is the outlet of the premium steakhouse chain offering traditional American fare & an elegant atmosphere. They schedule to make every meeting unique at The Capital Grille, and the restaurant is open seven days a week. Their African mahogany paneling and Art Deco chandeliers provide a moist, stately atmosphere for their nationally renowned dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and world-class wines. The Capital Grille is best known for its expertly cooked steaks, which are dried in the house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by the on-site butcher of their restaurant.
